Such was the fate of the defenders of Imperial planet of Mortrex, the world first cursed by the Parasites’ onslaught. The Imperial Fortress World of Mortrex was one of the most heavily defended planets in Segmentum Ultima. For nine solar days, Hive Fleet Kraken attacked, the formidable defense held back the vicious hordes. But during the tenth day of the invasion, the Parasites attacked the defense. After that the planet of Mortrex was overrun by vast, ravenous tides of Ripper swarms.
After that these creatures began to wreak havoc on the foes of the Hive Fleet by soaring over defenses and seeding unlucky souls with nascent Rippers.
This kit builds one Tyranids Parasite of Mortrex, armed with clawed limbs and a barbed ovipositor.
This winged beast is a mobile incubation organism housing hundreds of Ripper pods.
Armed with a host of horrifying traits, this unique biomorph adds disruptive tactical options to the Hive Fleets.
This set contains 12 plastic components and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base. This model is supplied unpainted and needs to be put together, we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
