Description
Ork Gretchin mobs make up for their shocking lack of quality with sheer numbers. These creatures are natural cowards and weak, the general incompetence of the Gretchin race does not predispose them to the arts of war. A typical Grot would prefer to have his head buried in a sporehole than to actually take part in a proper battle.
They are not as aggressive as standard Orks. But they do enjoy fighting weaker enemies and are less likely to flee if they easily out-number their opponents. If a Gretchin is particularly wealthy, he may purchase a second-hand, worn-down, low-tech gun. These guns are mainly to reassure the Gretchin that they have a chance of killing something, provided they remember which way to hold the gun.
Also a Gretchin needs to be forced into battle by Runtherds. These minders use grabba sticks in order to ensure that the Gretchin stay in battle.
This box set contains 10 plastic Gretchin and a multi-part plastic Ork Runtherd. It includes 12 Gretchin head variants and 2 Runtherd head variants. This allows you to assemble a horde of differently posed Gretchin.
Models come with 32mm round bases for the Ork and 25mm round bases for the Gretchin.
These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
